What is one area that you could focus on? Start with yourself. Start analyzing what are the core beliefs, how am I approaching the situation, and how can I now just troubleshoot by doing the opposite, By confessing the opposite, by believing the best. Believing this person is good. That this relationship is positive. That it may not make sense now but it will turn together for good. By just changing your posture you’ll be surprised at what your world might reveal around you when you change the lens by which you are perceiving reality.
